In order for the air conditioning to constantly delight with cool refreshing air in the room, it is necessary not only to purchase a good model, but also to install it in the apartment correctly. It is followed that the incorrectly installed air conditioner will not give the necessary lowering of the air temperature, but the most dangerous when the flow of cold air is directed directly at the person.
When the air conditioner is working, the temperature of this flow is about 10 degrees less, the air temperature in the room. It turns out, being next to him, even for a short period of time, a person can easily catch a cold, despite the heat outside the window.
Therefore, before installing the air conditioning in the apartment, you need to take into account that the air flow should be directed to where people are least of all.
Passing the evaporator of the split system consisting of two blocks, you need to pay attention so that the internal block does not spoil the interior of the apartment. It is best to put it above the entrance to the room – so it will work effectively without really striking. At the same time, the length of the route should be minimal, for the effective operation of the air conditioner, so that it is not required to conduct communications through the entire room.
The air conditioner should not be installed over racks, cabinets if the distance from the block to them is less than 80-100 cm. Otherwise, the flow of cold air will constantly blow off the dust from them, as a result of which the cold air, entering the air intake of the evaporator, will form, forcing the air conditioner to think that the premises are already cooled enough, and letting the command stop the work. The distance to the ceiling should be selected so that it is more than 10 cm.
When making installation, only high -quality materials should be used: good fasteners, copper tubes, for better thermal conductivity, and also be sure to make their thermal insulation. Such a solution will not allow condensate on the tubes to form, and also reduce heat loss, which will ultimately affect the effectiveness of cooling.
When there is no way to install a block that blows the cooled air down, except over the workplace, table or sofa, the use of an additional screen is allowed. Such a screen, also installed at a distance from a block by at least 80 cm, allows you to effectively distribute chilled air through the volume of the room.
Observing these elementary rules, your apartment will always have a pleasant island of coolness, despite the temperature outside the window, and people will feel comfortable and protected from a cold.
