Tiles have long become one of the classic flooring options, since it is quite convenient to operate. In addition, it represents the scope for the designer’s imagination, because if you want to bring originality to the premises, we can always do this with a tile with a pattern. Yes, it will take a little more time to lay it, but it’s worth it. It should be noted that if we are dealing, for example, with a balcony, where there is already a concrete floor, then any additional preparation for laying tiles from us will not be required. It is enough to simply check the surface of the screed for the presence of cracks, and in the case of their detection, patch it, since the water falling into cracks can negatively affect the operational properties of the laid tile.
When it comes to laying the tiled floor on the balcony, it is necessary to take into account the specific conditions of operation of such tiles – significant changes in temperature and humidity. Given this, you should give preference to well -burned tiles.
So, let’s say we removed the detected defects of the screed, leveled and carefully cleaned the floor from dust and treated it with a primer to ensure high -quality tile laying. Next, proceed directly to the styling. If we are talking about a tiled field with a pattern, then styling begins with clarifying the details of the picture and its definition on the ground.
First of all, it is necessary to determine the center of the room. You can do this by pulling two threads connecting the middle of the long and short walls of the balcony, respectively. At the place of their intersection, if everything is done correctly, and there should be the middle of the room. At this stage, the success of the whole event largely depends on it largely.
Focusing on a specific center, it is necessary to perform a trial styling of 10-20 tiles (the number depends on the parameters of a particular room, the sizes of the tiles and the features of the picture).

If, after laying the tiles, do not process the seams with a special solution for stitching, tile floor with a pattern will lose a significant share of its attractiveness. The solution for stitching the stitches of tiles dries for about 1-2 hours, after which you can proceed to the first washing of the newly laid floor. Add a little vinegar to the water – this will help you remove stains from lime. After wiping the floor with vinegar water, you also need to rinse it with a clean rag, and then wipe it dry to remove all signs of laying.
