During operation, carrying equipment is constantly subjected to intensive loads predisposing to the early wear of the working parts. No matter how reliable the design of the crane is, repair still cannot be avoided, however, you can try to minimize the downtime and the cost of repair work, following the recommendations of the manufacturer for installation, care and maintenance of crane equipment.
Types of repair
Depending on the volume and complexity of the work, three types of repair of crane equipment are distinguished:
planned repairs;
average repair;
Overhaul.
Planned repairs are listed by a mandatory maintenance point of cranes. The standard action scheme includes the cleansing of the mechanisms from dust, replacement of worn parts, checking the density of connections, monitoring the state of electrical equipment and brake components; If necessary, replace the oil and conduct anti -corrosion treatment of metal structures. Urgent crane repair is carried out unscheduled- as faults are detected or in the case of a sudden failure of the equipment. Overhaul involves a comprehensive restoration of the main cranes. The modern practice of nodal replacement of mechanisms significantly reduces the costs of labor and time for the reconstruction of damaged aggregates.
The procedure for repairing
Each type of repair is preceded by a complex of preparatory procedures. Must be diagnosed with working mechanisms, electric departments, cables, beams, etc. D. For security reasons, diagnostic measures are carried out exclusively on non -working technique. The objects of repair are determined depending on the quantity and depth of detected defects.
In the course of work, maintenance of electrical and mechanical components of crane equipment is performed separately. Repair of electrical parts is usually not delayed: many malfunctions of telfs and gearboxes are easily eliminated by the place by elementary replacement of refusing parts.
Restoring the functions of mechanical mobile elements requires a more flexible approach. Most often, the restoration needs running wheels, gear couplings, brake linings and rolling bearings. In the case of a crane exit from the rails, rikhthovka and leveling of ground crane tracks are carried out.
At the end of the repair work, a test launch of the crane and testing of restored units are carried out. In the absence of claims to the functional state of the equipment, the repair ends with the delivery of the crane to the customer.
