The main component in the manufacture of paving slabs is a thorough compaction of the concrete mixture in special forms, as a rule, they are made of polypropylene. The process of producing tiles further continues in this way – filled forms with cement are laid out on a special mechanism – called the vibro -stop, which using an electric motor, affects a mass of concrete, as tightly as a compacting its. To do this, there are special fists on the electric motor shaft, which create vibration during engine rotation.
Porcelain tiles are a simple and at the same time a strong road surface, the production of which was popular with various chemical additives. So that concrete spreads better over the entire area of the form, both foreign and domestic plasticizers are added. The S-3 additive makes it possible to increase the mobility of the concrete mixture, without the need to add more water, and also allows you to increase the strength of the final product and its frost resistance.
In the manufacture of paving slabs, it is necessary to carefully monitor the ratio of cement and water when the mixture is hardened – the lack of water will lead to the fact that the cement will not fully react, which will significantly reduce the mobility of the finished mixture, and the excess of moisture will, in turn, will lead to insufficient strength of concrete, after the completion of the process of it hardening. Types of the surfaces of the tile-smooth, rough, any pattern are determined by the surface of the form used.
In the production of tiles, as a rule, the following materials are used:
1. Chemical additives to improve characteristics (C-3 and T.D.);
2. Cement, brands 400;
3. Coloring pigments (to give tiles of various colors);
4. Water;
5. Gravel (fraction – the smaller, the better);
6. Washed river sand.
Here is an approximate list of equipment tiles necessary for industrial production:
1. Trolley (preferably hydraulic, for transportation of products);
2. Vibroostol (for compaction of the concrete mixture in forms);
3. Form of arbitrary species for tiles;
4. Concrete mixers (preferably having blades);
5. Specialized Vibrosito for sifting of sand (which serves for additional cleaning);
After filling the forms, the mixture is covered with several additional layers on top, the 1st additional layer gives the tile a certain appearance (it includes coloring substances), the second layer gives the necessary strength to the finished product (being a kind of fixer for a concrete mixture). After that, the tile is withstanding in flooded forms a certain period of time – up to 48 hours. This period can be reduced if you use additives in production.
As soon as the endurance of the tiles in the shapes is finished, it is composed, while putting it on the vibrostol using various curly nozzles. Collecting finished products for pallets that are transported for further storage to the warehouse, and if necessary, is immediately shipped to the customer.
