Closer to autumn, realtors expect the resumption of active sales in Kyiv. According to statistics, the autumn season always shows great activity and sales at this time can reach an equally lively spring seasonal indicator. Despite the crisis, this year cannot complain about deprivation and although the number of real transactions has slightly decreased compared to last year or planned calculation indicators for the current year – there are all such transactions and there are more of them than the market stagnation or falling of the market.
