Insulating materials

  • September 10, 2018

Such material can be used again, even after many years, is processed without complications.

Such materials can be used to isolate new buildings and thermal insulation of old ones, in external walls, partitions, on the roof, on ceilings and floors.

The material fills all the voids, and any joints. The insulation fibers have all the advantages of natural wood: strength, stability and very good heat -insulating properties.

Thermal insulation of the house is carried out in the following way, the material is pumped under high pressure using a machine for closed structural elements intended for filling. Thus, in isolation, the purpose of the space for filling does not matter. All robots are performed quickly, sequentially and a good result is obtained.

Such insulating materials are supplied in the form of compressed fiber in bags of 15 kg. The material on the spot is poured into cars and blown out, pumped through the hose to the desired space, which must be insulated. The advantage is also that installations and isolation material can be outside the building, so this provides continuous operation in small rooms, does not violate the usual robot in the building.

Any remaining material can simply be used as compost. These new insulating materials of natural origin can be used again, even after many years. If, perhaps, it is necessary to remove insulation, for example, during the reconstruction, a submarine, a detachment can be released. This differs from many traditional insulating materials that are eliminated through high expenses.

A pleasant climate in the room throughout the year is provided thanks to the natural heat insulator. This is achieved due to the open structure of diffuse cells that regulate humidity and thereby contribute to the creation of an optimal environment for life.

The ability to prevent heat accumulation during overheating in the summer, allows you to get pleasant coolness on hot days and pleasant heat in the winter. Natural insulating materials of the blowing fiberboard are suitable for new buildings and old DVP houses is used to insulate walls, roofs, ceilings and floors. It is ideal for the use of filling the space between the beams, while the risk of heating bridges is minimized.

The advantages of a blowing fiberboard:

Insulating layer without cracks

Very good thermal insulation and heat accumulation

Great protection against heat in the summer

Diffusion isolation creates a healthy climate in the room

Processing without finishing

Optimum noise protection in combination with thermal insulation properties is made of cardboard.
