A drawer is created from a 13-mm birch plywood. Side parts can be connected to the VSTOK using glue and screws. Either the front and back walls can be driven into the shpuntes with a depth of 6 mm and a width of 13 mm in the side walls and fixed with glue and parquet nails. In my box, the connection is used, but you can cut the shopuntes in the side walls, increasing the length of the front and rear parts by 13 mm. However, do not forget about this rule when you install roller supports for a drawer. Most mechanisms require a 13 mm gap on each side.
Also consider that the box should be at least 25 mm below the free vertical space. I used roller guides with a length of 559 mm and added the central separator for additional reliability. Birch has no voids. The protruding edges can be treated with sandpaper.
Install two side strips at a distance of 254 mm (10 inches) from the top panel in. Drill holes and attach the strips with glue and screws 32 mm long. Close holes with wooden plugs.
The fixed shelf has a thickness of 18 mm, a depth of 406 mm (16 inches) and a width of 1184 mm. Use glue on the upper surface of the side planks and fix the shelf with parquet nails.
The front edge of this shelf can be covered with adhesive end tape. Install a horizontal pipe for clothes at a distance of 305 mm (12 inches) from the posterior wall. I used a metal factory pipe.
