The most traditionally for decorating walls of kitchens and bathrooms, ceramic tiles (tiles) are used. She has excellent moisture -resistant and strength characteristics, housewives love her for ease of courtship (she washes perfectly). But, unfortunately, if necessary, it is impossible to remove it without destroying (sometimes even a number of tiles). Fortunately, this problem is solvable – you just need to make hatches for tiles, because each house has enough engineering communications hidden from our eyes, but requiring systematic access.
It is in the kitchens and bathrooms that there are a majority of communications and equipment in the walls – these are shut -off valves, chimney doors, heating pipes, etc. These important objects need to provide free access – these should be small removable surfaces or hatches.
It is important that the tiles with which the walls are faced not only does not prevent access to technical places, but also had an aesthetically attractive appearance, not spoiled by uneven sutures, curtains or cladding with another material. It is just the power provided for these purposes to special doors or hatches for tiles that have no visible locks and frames. At the same time, they easily open and close on magnetic latches, the device of which is very simple. A magnetic plate is attached to the back of the door, which contacts the magnet. The usual size of such hatches does not exceed 0.5kV.m. If the door size is larger, then the additional number of magnetic plates is glued.
Depending on the location, you can close the object located in the corner of the wall, or simply behind the wall plane, hid it in foam lining. The simplest doors are the simplest doors, they are easy to close them, for example, a water valve. To do this, even in the seams that is not frozen in the seams, you need to insert four corners. On a lid consisting of a load -bearing plate, stick tiles. Several metal strips for magnetic latches are fixed in the corners. The cord is glued to the back of the lid and its laying in the transverse seam is carried out. On the perimeter of the lid, the seams are left open, or by clutching the seam, the tip of the cord is left protruding.
The corner hatch is also considered successful, it is not quite difficult to mount in the wall. Due to the fact that the tile seams remain not disturbed, the doors are practically not possible to notice the doors. To get such a result, you need to take a steel plate as a bearing base (taking into account the size of the tile and the technical niche itself), which is bent at an angle of 90 degrees and glue two ceramic tiles on it.
If you have to make doors to close the technical crane (or any other object) behind a solid partition from the foam, then magnetic latches are fixed using screws. A metal bearing plate is glued to the stove cut out of the sheathing. Now it remains to stick the tiles (the amount of which depends on the size of the base). The door is installed after the glue dries completely.
